We all know "Take Back Omega" DLC is likely. It raises ONE question, however.

So are the first 2 games. What's the point?

Here's an idea: Omega contains a Prothean device, that, when added to the Crucible, stops the relays and geth from having to be destroyed.
I'd buy that DLC.
Really? I wouldn't.
"Let's put in a really crappy ending. Then, when everybody hates it, we will release a NEW ending and make TONS OF MONEY."
No, no, no. I will not support that if they really do it.

Does anyone actually want to play DLC after that ending.... (or any mass effect for that matter).
Jumped the shark.
That's so 1977. Let's, from now on, call that "Jump the reaper" when it applies to Science Fiction stuff.

More than two, actually. The Omega 4 Relay (the red one in ME2) and the Omega 2 Relay (as seen in Redemption). The numbers 2 and 4 imply there are more. The Angry One wrote...
More to the point, Omega has not one but two mass relays in relatively close proximity. Kaboom.

I would have considered buying further DLC if the ending would not have rendered everything you do in the game pretty pointless. But now, all I will get for finishing a DLC will be some more war assets, which clearly do not matter that much.
Saving a galaxy just to cripple it in the end is so extremely pointless, it's almost the epitome of pointlessness. From where I stand, my Shepard should just have stayed dead.
Which brings me to my personal DLC recommendation: time travel! Let my Shepard travel back in time and warn himself that going through all this suffering is not worth it in the end because all his so-called "friends" will be stranded on some unknown world after they abandoned him on the Citadel, leaving him to talk to a bloody child-AI.

Good thing they just spread the sollution and doesn't really explode like in Arrival then.
