I've googled this issue, and it seems like no one else is having it, or at least not enough for actual posts about it.

When in ME3 multiplayer, I can't use bioware points to buy anything. Trying to purchase the From Ashes DLC from origin with bioware points also doesn't seem to do anything. This may be a seperate issue.
