In so many threads, people keep saying that everything is terrible in the end because all technology is useless now, yadda yadda yadda. But where in the ending did it ever say the mass effect or eezo in general were gone? The mass relays were destroyed (NOT blown up, so everyone can also quit saying every system was destroyed too), but that doesn't mean the mass effect itself is gone, or even that no mass relays could ever be built again.

All I'm saying is, if you're going to rage, at least rage accurately. And consider that if the mass effect still exists, then there's a lot more hope in the ending than might appear at first.

That obnoxious blue kid at the end outright says it?

I quote, "I know you've thought about destroying us. You can wipe out all synthetic life if you want; including the Geth AND MOST OF THE TECHNOLOGY YOU RELY ON. Even you are partly synthetic."

So anything based on Reaper tech is destroyed. Power plants, vehicles, medical tech, weapons, VIs, etc.

It doesn't matter what ending you choose. Everyone will starve, freeze, or die from infections if you choose that ending. You accomplish the Reaper's own mission by choosing to destroy them. And that's the BEST ending.

Wipe out tech? Besides the Mass Relays, it isn't like people don't know how to make the others. I mean ships have mass effect generators in them so it is clear they know how to build them. So unless the wave changed the laws of their universe to prevent the use of mass effect, I can't see why people would be all blah blah blah.
