 I might just not be far enough in the game for these to have unlocked, but I have checked up and down the Citadel(and through my Prima guide)and cannot find the Hahne-Kedar Shoulders anywhere(at least, not where the guide says I should be able to find them). In terms of in-game progress, I just finished Tuchanka:Bomb, Krogan Team,  and Turian Platoon(not in that order). Is this some glitch, or do I just not unlock the shoulders as a buyable item until later in the game(cause I've checked the store they ought to be in about four times, and no dice so far.)?

Also, my ME2-imported Shepard romanced Tali, yet there is no picture of her on the desk in the Captain's Cabin, though I know from the guide that there should be a picture there. Is this also a glitch, or just another instance of not being far enough in the story for it to be there(which makes perfect sense(Sarcasm)).
