Can't Access my DLC, please help

Hi, every time I launch Mass Effect 3, and get to the opening menu I receive this message.

"Unable to authorize the listed DLC.
Please log in to the Alliance Network with the account used to purchase the listed DLC.
Collector's Edition Online Pass Entitlement
From Ashes"

I purchased the Collector's Edition, and have input all of my codes and pre-order codes and everything into my Origin account. The DLC then downloaded and installed no problem. My pre-order assault rifle works no problem, but for some reason my CE DLC and the From Ashes DLC doesn't work. I have Origin enabled when in-game, and my accounts and email addresses and everything for my Bioware social account and my Origin account are the same and linked.

What's the problem and how do I fix it?

click on the i in origin for the game and there should be a patch to download.
downloading it now. will get back to u if it works.

Thats the thing, all the patches or files for the DLC or w/e are downloaded and installed. It says Installed right next to the From Ashes and N7 Collector's Edition Materials DLC. I have no idea why it isn't working >.<

Same here. Although I have the Digital Deluxe version.

Tried updating the game and repairing the install, neither of which did a thing except get stuck downloading constantly until I canceled it.

Emailing EA tech support was no help either since all they told me to do was to delete my Download Cache which did absolutely nothing either.
