I had a fair bit of Microsoft Points so I decided to buy a Spectre Pack from the store. When I purchased it, the points were deducted from my account and then the pack would not download and just said 'pending' so I went and played some games as I thought it would download later. I later get a notification saying Spectre Pack downloaded but when I now go into the store, nothing happens! It says checking for purchases etc. but it doesnt recognise that i purchased the pack... I went to the dashboard and into storage etc and I can see that the spectre pack is on my hard drive but clearly it's not letting me get it/open it.
How can I get it or at least get my points back?!?

When you purchased it and it told you it was added to queue all you had to do is hit "B" to go back into the store tab of the game and it would of opened it and gave you all the items it had, you might need the same fix or assistance as the other topic on a simpler problem.

I did press B to go back to the store but nothing happened and it did not recognise that I had purchased the pack.
I want the damn content I paid for or at least my points back...
