Sheppard keeps getting reset to level 1, without any stats and no money.  She is even using the armor prior to my customating it, as if I just started the game.  The companions seem fine.

When I noticed Sheppared was reset yesterday, I tried to keep playing to see if I could regain her levels and some money.  I was able to regain several levels, but then today, she was reset again to level 1.

I happen to notice this when I am in the Citadel.  Maybe the Citadel causes it, or maybe that's just when I notice it.

I contacted technical support "live chat."  They had me delete my temp files.  Now I can't play the
game at all.  I get the message that I"m missing "from Ashes."

Live chat also wanted me to play without my virus check or my firewall.   I explained that I would not put my computer at risk to play ME3. 

Live Chat's final suggestion was to reboot.  I had already completely shut my computer down and restarted and Sheppared reset again.   /sigh

If I sound frustrated I am.  I had originally bought the game from Amazon as a download, and the game wouldn't install.  So, I bought it as a CD; later than I had hoped to start playing it.  ME3 installed from the CD fine, but now it seems bugged and is unplayable.

Any help?  Or do I try to return the game.... again.

You should reload the save game prior to the error.
If you actually do save every now and then, anyways.

I don't think reloading an old save will help in the long run. It's happened twice in two days. So, I would have to keep repeating content over and over again.

Another solution: the only time it happened to us was when we used Resume to load the current game. If you use only manual saves, this error will most possibly be eradicated.
