So what do you guys think?  Think they will ever fill in the holes in mass effect 3 to show:

1.  A bigger fleet scene, or scenes where they accurately show all the fleets found, or recruited to fight.
( Would be scenes with the bombers, pirates, and all the other random stuff, including geth fleet)

2.  Show teams on the ground figthing.  Such as gunts squad, Zaeed, Ect...

3.  Explain how your squad mates made it out the reaper kill zone as your ran to the beam.

4.  Well fix the ending >.>

5.  Show the homeworlds celebrating and mourning there losses.  Maybe even show scenes of future with all races rebuilding.  And even working on new mass drivers.  They do have the tech.

6.  Explain why the normady had  her full crew on board, and made it into warp, or if it was ment to be just out running blast.  Show it out running the blast starting at the crucible and running thru the fleets and wrecks, ect.

7.  Show what happens to your crew after the crash.  Did all the crew live? Examples:  Dr. Chakwas, Engineer adams, ect...

/discuss.. Did I miss anything?

Only two of those things are actually plot holes.

Never said they were plot holes, just said they are unexplained holes

8. Why they went for such an obtuse ending when any number of expected but good endings would suffice?

9. Why is synthetic life suddenly the enemy? We convinced the Geth to work with us, EDI is a trusted member of our squad. But apparently starkid knows better?

Star kid is either just an AI using a powerful image within his mind or simply a hallucination, either way, it is irrelevant that it is a "kid", it simply makes it easier frankly, if it were some random unknowable blob on the screen, it wouldnt really be useful.

To be honest i dont se anything wrong with the Synthetic/Organic problem, it was the main idea from Mass effect 1, though the hypocrisy here is that Sovereign would use the Geth to do its dirty work, its just not understandable unless it was just one of those times of compromise.

I think the entire story of ME3 is a little sketchy, theres nothing wrong with it, but it could have done without the crucible run around, we are still left in the dark about the whole idea of the Species that made this extreme decision on the galaxy, it is also strange that if they also did make the crucible, that they wouldnt have just chosen synthesis in the first place?

No. Even in ME1 there were hints that there was more to the Geth than seen (the fact that they were not the aggressors against the Quarians).
ME2 took a great approach and greatly fleshed out the Geth as unique beings who were not generic killbots.

ME3 did much the same... and then we have this punk kid AI come along and state his opinions as fact when we have the evidence that contradicts him all around us, fighting to protect us in good faith. So no. It makes no sense. Whatever cycle the idiot child is prattling on about exists only in his diseased mind. There is no way my Shepard would ever go along with this paranoid liar or his schemes.
