And I can't line up a shot for crap.
I'm not blaming vanguard players, but it would be nice if maybe the whole screen didn't shake for every player within 50 miles of a vanguard every time they sneezed.
Anotherwords, any hope for a shorter "area" of disturbance in the future?

Max Charge. Max Nova. Grab the fourth Soldier talent that increases the weight you can hold.AdamTaylor wrote...

If you elect to be an Asari Vanguard, your heavy melee is now your Nova. Has some drawbacks, but also advantages.
In other words:
Heavy risk.
But the priiiiiize.

I played a match earlier today where it was me(Salarian Infiltrator) and 3 Vanguards.

Games with 3 or 4 Vanguards that are decent at the game are hilarious against Cerberus and Geth.
... but then you get Reapers and everybody goes 'Awww, Banshees. We're screwed.'

Just played a game with 2 Vanguards and a Sentinel... pretty much just spammed Overload and my Combat Drone the whole time. I don't think I actually managed to shoot a single enemy...
So many good Vanguard players in my games... and I'm so terrible with them.

Which skills you should take? I have points to use but I'm not sure if increasing damage is better than being able to hit two extra guys, for example.

Worst thing about vanguards is the apparent IQ it takes to play one, alot of vanguards are so used to owning up the place and getting all the kills, that yesterday, on 3 occasions, i had vanguards ragequit my game when they saw that the lvl 6 quarian infiltrator was getting more points than them... I mean...c'mon its a bloody coop game!
I really like this generalization you make, saying Vanguards are played by stupid people. This is obviously not sarcasm, because as a Vanguard lover, I am too stupid for sarcasm.
And I have totally not seen any improportionally dumb playing from other classes, it is obviously that only Vanguards are dumb people, or by reverse logic, which I obviously can't indulge in, as the quoted user stated, I am far too stupid for that, that only stupid people play Vanguards.
What my inferiour mental capacity devises from this obviously false argumentation, as I am too stupid to do that properly, is that stupid players that are bad only play as Vanguards is a fundamentally incorrect way of higher than myself thinking (because you know, I am stupid and all that), but actually merely an expression of mathematical chance and individual perception preferences narrowing your viable version of your reality (which is obviously less tupid than mine) into something less diverse to deal with for psychological self-elevation and -promotion as a means of distinguishing your obviously intellectually superiour being onto realms us stupid Vanguard players can not hope to comprehend.
And please do not let me get started on my dumbfonded argumentation on what I think of that infamous "IQ", it might just strain my underdeveloped neurons trying to express what exactly I think of it and its relevance.

There's stupid all over the place, since this is the Internet... and even more on console platforms.
But I have to admit, the majority of Vanguard players I've seen have just been incredibly reckless (low IQ is probably a bad term to use). Trying to solo Geth Primes, Brutes, and Atlases (wtf is the plural?), for example. Bum rushing 3 Ravagers and wonding why they got insta killed... just generally not playing with the rest of the team. I get the whole playstyle of the class is Charge > Nova > hope things died and gtfo to do it again; but seriously.
Every now and then there's someone who knows what he's doing, but most I've seen just charge all over the map ignoring objectives or kill stealing.

How many Sentinels think once they have their TEch Armor on makes them invincible, just tu run straight into enemy hordes?
How many soldiers spam their Assault rifles' magazines into Guardians in the faint slot some stray bullets hit through the mailslot, without thinking about using CS.
How many Adepts have I seen that simply cast Throw after Throw after Throw.
How many Infiltrators seem to live only within their scope-vision, seemingly not noting the three enemies that just thankfully shoot them in the back whilst they try to score one more nice headshot.
How many Engineers do I see spamming Incinerate on shielded targets.
There is some level of n00bishness everywhere, but people are irrationally channeling it all onto the Vanguards. What twisted reality do those people live in?
I wasn't being sarcastic when I said I couldn't comprehend that thinking!

A good vanguard is always welcome on my team. A good one. One that sets off stasis bubbles, doesn't die in the middle of nowhere, and uses their skillset to clear rez-chain sites instead of just dying to rez the silly engineer in the middle of a group.
Plus, I find the female vanguards Nova sound kinda sexy. RAAAHHH

I haven't actually noticed this screen shaking people are complaining about, and I play as an Infiltrator a lot. Strange.
