I just added some bioware points to my account and got some DLC packs for the game. Now, when I start the game the network does not work. I tried to reconnect but it asks me for my cerberus code. I have already redeemed the code and therefore cannot enter it again. I really want my DLC items but they did not register. I want my $15 back or my DLC to be installed. Can anyone help?

There is no official support here. That is on the EA Help pages. This forum is for user to user self help with the game. You have trouble with the SITE, not with then game.
