Already begun sir! Cancelled my TOR subscription, looking forward to ignoring all future products and DLC.

I however will not holdout hope they will go "oh ****" and pull a Betheseda... which would be nice, so IF they do that... then we may begin timid negotations to open my wallet again.

whoa whoa whoa what? stop playing mutiplayer?

you leave multiplayer out of this...... singleplayer DLC i can understand not buying, but the mutiplayer as is, is perfectly fine. AMAZING, i might say

the only reason the singleplayer is broken is because of the ending. MP is all gameplay, and the gameplay friggin rocks

I agree the multiplayer is good. Perhaps I should be more specific....don't buy any Spectre Packs. Just buy Recruit and Veteran Packs.

Multiplayer is free after all, so long as people aren't B2Ping it through Spectre Packs...hey thats on EA's dime not mine.

Bioware needs to man up and release better endings DLC for free but thanks to EA that ain't going to happen...

I don't know that I would personally go as far as to say "Boycott all BioWare/EA products". TOR is fairly good and their 1.2 patch looks really interesting.

All I'm saying is they chose to end Mass Effect, so, let it be the end they chose.

I love Aria, but an Omega DLC would seem pointless with the end in mind. I won't be purchasing DLC, unless the ends get justified.

I don't know about boycotting, but i know i'm not buying the DLCs unless they are related to fixing the ending or giving you new ones. Why buy DLC for Mass Effect if it won't effect the ending?

This.

I too have no desire to purchase anything further from BioWare or EA unless they do something to fix ME:3.  Mass Effect has been my favorite game series ever made and it makes me sick to think how they chose to end it.  For that reason, I have lost my respect for BioWare and will not give them any further financial support.

Me, I'm going all out. I play BioWare games for the interesting, engaging characters, and why should I buy another one of their products and get myself invested in the story and characters when this is what they think constitutes a "satisfying conclusion"?

There are only three BioWare games I don't own: MDK2, Sonic Chronicles, and The Old Republic. But unless we, at the very least, get some sort of feedback from the devs regarding this situation, that list is going to get a lot longer.

boycotting Me3 dlc will be extremely easy as the endings made any dlc completely unappealing and pointless

to be honest i dont think a boycott will be necessary.

i think in the state things are now, people simply wont buy any....... people are to burned.

also any site that advertises the DLC will have to bring up the crappy ending, and think that any new DLC before an ending retcon will further seed discontent

I'm on board for this. I have no reason to buy DLC cause they killed the series with these 7 different flavors of the same ending with no reflection on your choices or that the fans wanted something better than this. DA:O had better endings. DA2 though it had only 2 endings had better endings. ME1 and ME2 had better endings. Seriously... not buying DLC and won't be buying any bioware games either after this.

:/ Sadly the case for me. Was planning on getting TOR in a week or so. ( wanted to finish Mass Effect 3 a few times first ) but now I am not. Sorry but this really soured bioware for me.

I
however will not holdout hope they will go "oh ****" and pull a
Betheseda... which would be nice, so IF they do that... then we may
begin timid negotations to open my wallet again.

We can only hope.

Like replaying the game it's self there just isn't really any point to do so. Either way in the end you end up dead or alive in just one ending which we don't even know if that's the true ending, but even if it is it doesn't matter because of the stargazer scene. the relays are gone and the Normandy plus the crew are light years never to see shep again. So any DLC besides a new ending will just be folder to add to the places/people that we will never see again.

I'm not buying a dang thing unless it's an ending DLC, no point in having more fond memories of adventures if none of it matters in the end.

I wouldn't call it a boycott for me. I'm simply not interested in any DLC unless it changes the ending to something better. The DLC would have to be provided free of charge along with a big fat apology.

Don't even bother trying to charge me $10 for a happy ending. I'll simply refuse to buy it and watch it on youtube.

Furthermore, I will never again pre-order a game (Especially EA/Bioware games). I will wait and I will read reviews, watch videos on Youtube, see how fans react, watch friends play it first, etc. Believe it or not if you really want to harm EA/Bioware, don't bother with a boycott. Quit pre-ordering their games or buying them on launch day. They make most of their bonuses based on pre-orders and launch day purchases.

Yeah, seems people are fairly weak when it comes to things like this, but I can assure you I'll never buy another game or dlc from Bioware again. Not just because of the ending, but the slap in the face buy dlc thing at the end. Even if they fix things, they lost my biz for good. In fact, this is probably my last post on the Bioware forums.

Good luck all with getting a better ending, especially if you end up paying for it. I can think of better things to do with my money though.

Without a doubt. Will not buy ANY dlc for this game or play it again at all until the endings are fixed with a FREE dlc that gives us Mass Effect a proper send off. Why should we have to pay to get content that the game should have shipped with, mainly an ending.

I don't think L4D/L4D2 really carries or carried the same level of emotional investment Mass Effect has for its fan base.

I'm not saying boycott BioWare, if that is a choice someone chooses to make, that is their own choice. I am simply saying...they gave us this ending to Mass Effect, and it is best that we show them that we accept that it is the end by not supporting it, financially, any further.

Its over. They chose for it to be over. So...its over.

Yeah, but self-entitled righteous nerd money spends just as well as money from anyone else, I'm fairly sure.

If this fizzles out and all future BioWare products do gangbusters, so be it.  I've taken my stand, and I'll stick with it.
