The prompt before (or was it after?) the credits telling me to buy future DLC to hear more Grandpa stories. Stories that will still lead to the same crappy endings.

And they only gave one option - OK.

The train's gonna derail and fall off the cliff in an hour, but here's your chance to spend 10 minutes in the first class cabin.

For $10.

Via Origin.

Pathetic.

Yeah I wasn't quite a fan of that. I mean, I didn't like the endings. But they were emotional and impacting, if just for the music, and they made you think - even if just in a "WTF did I just watch and who the hell was that kid" way. So I'm in this moment of serenity, I'm thinking I'll close the credits back to the planet-view introductory menu, close my desktop, find a corner, and cry, but NOPE - BUY SOME MORE DLC BRAH!

Yeah, I thought that was pretty ironic actually. End the game in a way that discourages any and all DLC purchases then advertise DLC after the credits.

They don't get a cent from me until they fix the end for a reasonable price.
