If you kill Conor or Isolde you get a huge -Influence with Alistair.

If you're evil, let Isolde or Connor die.

Note that killing Isolde also gets the Fade stuff.ComTrav wrote...
Going to the Circle is the "game-optimum" best result. You get extra content in the Fade, a chance to get blood magic (if you are a mage), and +influence with Alistair.

As far I noticed the only effect was some changes in later dialogue options.
I had done the blood mage unlocking in an earlier game so I decied to try soemthing else than going into the Fade. Also, I played a casteless dwarf who doesn't know about magic, and thus won't get the idea to explore the magic options in the dialogs. This dwarf only saw Jowan as a failed assasin that ought to be exuted as fast as possible, and didn't even know of the existence of the mage's circle. "If it's not in stone it doesn't exist!"

Just sacrifice his mother - she's too hysterical and annoying anyways. Then you can also get Blood magic spec.

i always sacrifice isolode not because im "evil" ,since no choice in this game is really evil except for defiling the ashes cause their is no real point in doing it, but because i always add the what if i leave for the circle and when i come back the whole place will be destroyed even though i know it wont happen i just feels like it will.

Surely getting the Werewolves to kill all the elves is evil?

Killing Connor is the most vile of them all. Killing Isolde, however, I do not see as a necessarily "evil" choice, though it really depends on the dialogue you choose in explaining yourself to Alistair. Going to the tower would be the best. However, I never thought it possible to leave the castle for two nights or so without letting the demon loose upon Redciffe.
Whether killing Connor is an evil option or not depends on how you approach it. If you're a chantry zealot or in tune with the Templar mentality, you'd probably see no other choice but to slay the abomination, especially since you wouldn't trust a blood mage. Hell, Bann Teagan seems to support the idea that killing Connor is the best option and I doubt anyone would call him evil.
Let's not forget that the option to bring in the Circle is only available if you side with the mages. If you thought that it was too risky to let anyone in the tower live and sided with the Templars, you're stuck with the blood ritual or killing Connor. Not that I sided with the Templars mind you, but I'm just stating that out.
It really depends on the mentality with which you approach the situation. And hey, there's always the chance that you are forced into killing Connor if you step to close to the Arl's room. My current character did that. She never stated a desire to kill Connor and when asked to make a decision she said she needed some time to think. Then, when she went upstairs she was curious to at least take a look at the Arl without realizing what it would cause (of course that I knew what it would cause but my character had no idea). In this case there really was no other choice since the demon attacks by itself. For the record, I let Isolde be the one to kill Connor for good.
And of course, Alistair just has to be a jerk back in the camp and yell at me for "killing" Connor even though HE HIMSELF SUGGESTS IT! Sorry, I'm venting a little frustration here.

He is a child. He is a part of the future. He is innocent. Even if Connor is noble enough to allow himself to die, everything stated beforehand changes the fact that it is perfectly ok. Alistair, on the other hand, is completely whiny about the situation. Perhaps maybe he just needs to understand that there will always be sacrifices in order to obtain victory.

Like I said, in my current game I didn't suggest killing him, not when talking with Isolde or with Connor. It was my PCs curiosity that screwed things up when she got too close to the Arl's room (again, thinking from my character's point of view who didn't know the consequences of getting too close to the room). I'm not arguing whether it was ok to do it, I simply said it's not necessarily an "evil" choice because it wasn't even a choice in this case.
What I hate about Alistair's rant is the hypocrisy behind it. He says "I wouldn't normally suggest killing a child, but I don't think there's another option here...", and then complains about the mere idea of the ritual. But of course, he just has to lay all the blame on the player.

A) She was a stupid b***** for not telling the circle of magi about Connor who would have prevented him from being possessed
C) She offered and how could I refuse?
