How many reapers are made per cycle? One? I remember hearing that its just one dreadnaught, and that smaller reapers are made with other races.....

Then wouldnt loseing A SINGLE REAPER during a cycle be completely wastefull and time consumeing? In ME2 is was revealed that a reaper DID go down. (the derelict reaper.) And in ME1 you killed one.

Why was this never addressed  the entire series? Alot of things about the reapers are simply implyed.
