I just finished playing ME3 for the first time and I don't even know where to begin on stating how much I hate the ending. It might even take a day for the full effect of how disappointed I am to sink in.
Really?

Seriously, just finished an hour ago, feel terrible.
The Tali face reveal was very bad but I took it in stride, no game is perfect.
Up until Anderson I was thinking that everyone complaining about the endings was crazy, thought my shep would go out in a blaze of glory saving the galaxy and I'd get some nice closure.
Instead I got a living Shep, space ghost child, multiple plot holes and no closure. Sweet

One minute I am a hero trying to pull off the impossible one last time. And the next I am Anders from BSG sitting in a bathtub piloting a ship into the sun.

I agree OP.
It's been a little over a day since I beat it, and my initial blood-boiling apocalyptic rage has simmered down to a a brooding disgust. It's not that I wanted a rainbow ending, but I just wanted an ending that actually tied off all the loose ends and answered questions....this ending didn't. It just felt wrong.

I'll say one thing about this ending: it's really brought the community together.

Its like the actuall Reapers are bioware. And we all need stand united to oppose them, and eventually make push and give them all our money for happy end.

Do we have signature badges yet? Maybe Cheese can whip something up; something like;
"I played ME1 and ME2 and all I got was some broken relays."
Or.
"ME3's ending, now in three *suspiciously similar* flavours."
