My ME2 saves are in the correct place (My Documents/Bioware/Mass Effect 2/Save/John_30_Soldier_40101/Save(X))
Mass Effect 2 recognizes the saves just fine, and when I create a new save, it goes there. Furthermore, the save in question has destroyed the collector base. Yet ME3 sees no saves worthy of importing.

I am also having this problem, even went back and played through the end of one of my ME2 saves to verify that i had completed / not died etc.

Same problem here. Windows 7 (64-bit), game runs fine, but I can't import saves, ME3 can't find any saves to import. Nothing happens. Installed the game from DVD - didn't worked. Installed it from Orinin - same problem.

I'm in the same boat. ME2 saves are in the correct folder but when I try to import them into ME3 it doesn't show them.
It's more than a bit frustrating.

Anyone managed to solve this issue??

I also have that problem. Sadly, there always seems to be install problems with games associated with EA. The whole Battlefield series was a 'battle' to install and get running. I'm sure it's not insurmountable, and it is probably subject to the vagaries of our PC's and OS'. I have Win 7 64-bit, and my hardware is probably one of a possible untold million different combinations.
If I find a miracle cure, I'll post.

Open your last svae from ME2, run around a bit, save again, try again. I read somewhere that replaying the suicide mission and then saving after the credits fixes it but since I never had this issue myself I could not test this.
