There are a number of posts explaining a scene in the credits or at some place where Shep wakes up breathing at the end of the credits, but I can't seem to find additional information.  Can someone point me ot this scene?

If you have at least 4,000 EMS, save Captain Anderson from TIM (allowing him to die looking over Earth), and choose the Red ending, you will be shown a 22 second clip of a camera panning over some rubble and focusing on a character with N7 dog tags wearing melted and bloody armor. At the end, right before the clip ends, the character inhales sharply.

Note; you can also get this ending if Anderson dies at TIM's hands if your EMS is 5,000 or above.

Will show up with 4000+ active war assets, collectors base destroyed, and "saved" anderson, only after "DESTROY" ending.

wounder what that all means. could it just be abandoned in place?
