I hate the ending, but it's not a like a new ending is going to bring back 2 days of depression I suffered. Damage is done, and its time to for us to put the trilogy in the attic to be forgotten. I'd rather have this whole fiasco buried and avoid future games from this developer. Let the healing process take its course.

If they make a new ending, I'd be willing to play the game with my other 4 Shepards. So it would be well worth it for me.

A new ending would allow me to heal. In the current state I will not purchase anything from Bioware again, other than maybe DA3.pprrff wrote...

Speak for yourself. I'd be able to play the series again if there were new endings.

Nah. I can ignore this ending if they make a new one. I'll just remember it as an awful decision on their part. I just want closure, and I can't consider anything official unless BioWare makes it.

Lets face it. You are going to get another BioWare game. After a week or two, or three you'll buy the next Bioware IP they create.

Right now, in the throes of my depression, I have to agree. It would be nigh impossible to unring this bell.

Mass Effect 3 was, for the most part, an incredible experience for me. It was emotionally thrilling, sad, funny and adventurous. If they released some sort of epilogue or "rescue" DLC, I'd be more than happy to have a happy resolution to the story, since I feel Shepard and crew deserve it. It would also pump a great deal of faith back into the developer from me for listening to the gamers who have dedicated their time to this series.
The endings didn't ruin the existing games or the series itself for me, it's just soured it. I don't give up on things I love just because they let me down once or twice, no matter how badly.

Forgiveness and healing are legitimate things to consider..... however if forgiveness doesn't come in the form of new endings then there will be no healing. Away I go.

A new ending would add a full 100% to the current replay value.

So forget about it and move on, don't encourage others to do so. Some of us still have hope that Bioware will fix this for us and we can enjoy our world again. There isn't much i wouldn't do right now for a new ending that lets my shepard live happily ever after with Liara. Encouraging everyone to just quit...well thats just wrong i think

It might help their future sales of this game if they fixed the ending, but for people who already played and got disappointed, this is cheating. This is like watching a plot driven film after someone spoiled it for you, it's just not the same.
