I spent 40$ on bioware points, and proceeded to spent all of it on spectre packs, this was about 2 days ago. That day it was fine, i had all my guns and health packs and stuff and everything i should have. Then the next day i signed in and everything i had was gone. It was like my game had been reset, i had another battlefield 3 pack which i had already previously opened, and a starter pack which i had already opened. All of my characters are fine that i had already made, but all of the extra character unlocks i got were also gone. The way that i see this, im out 40$ from this issue, i'm a huge EA supporter and i love all of there games. Please help.
