They may have made a record. Until you went up to meet the God-child, there were almost no plot holes in the series. Indeed, from the time you first landed on Eden Prime until you crawled towards the console in the Citadel and were magically elevated up, there wasn't a single major plot hole (that I know of).
And in the last 10 minutes of the game, BioWare managed to create about a dozen.
If anything, BioWare at least deserves a hand

I think most of us have been giving credit on that - most of ME3 was the most amazing gaming experience I have had the pleasure of experiencing. The loss and emotions were amazing through most of the game, but it made sense so it made sense.
I think most of the rational people here will agree with that. The endings - another topic entirely.

I don't know if the "let's all get on the shuttle for no reason while the crew gets captured" part of ME2 counts as a plot hole, but it was certainly stupid.

The game was great right up until the ending. The last 10 minutes kind of ruined the entire
trilogy for me. Too bad they fumbled the ball at the end.

When I saw the thread title, I so wanted to click the link and see a picture of Tali's hand from the photo.
That would have been brilliant. That is indeed about all they deserve for this ending to the series.
