Added my input.
Something Bioware/EA needs to be aware of is the responses to Question #4. As is, their current ending makes playing any additional content pointless for many players, thus unlikely to generate sales revenue.

Voted. Happy ending is trending higher then I thought it would on the latest update. I'm honestly a little surprised, sometimes a series is more powerful when the hero dies. I wonder how much of that is because people's choices were restricted vs how many actually wanted a Hollywood style ending.

I think this poll is put together rather well. I especially like the check boxes which identify what the entrant would want to see changed specifically.
Sadly I doubt it'll do anything.

It's not that no one appreciates the hero dying, or even that they might consider it a better ending than the hero living. But a ton of people expected there to BE a happy ending for those who wanted it and worked hard for it. This expectation was encouraged by the fact that both ME1 and ME2 have endings of that nature.

Nice job, thanks for making this!
Though I feel I must say I have more than one issue with the ending - the deus ex machina, the kid/AI/god thing itself, lack of closure, space magic, inconsistency with established game-universe themes (i.e it's a massive plot hole). Go indoctrination theory!

Bumping so more people see the option to vote. Also, is there an up-to-date approximate how many players have voted so far?
