It'd be nice to add the option of expanding the cinematic battle... I wanted/expected something like ME2 and I think most everyone did.

In short, people will buy an alternative endings dlc, including me. I am prepared to give you even more money than I have already given you bioware! Just make it happen!

When I was listening to Reaperkid explain the first two options I thought, "there's gotta be a third choice." After he explained the third choice I thought, "there's gotta be a hidden choice." Anyone here ever play STNG: A Final Unity? You were presented with two choices: destroy the Borg fleet or destroy all Borg. The right choice was to make no choice between those two by turning off the console displaying them. I was really hoping a similar hidden choice was in play here. I simply wanted to destroy the Reapers, not the Geth and EDI as well. Also, the relays were made by Reapers but do they need to be destroyed? There will be no more Reapers so I think their purpose for them is kind of moot at this point.
The biggest problems I had with the ending were that the motivation of the Reakerkid didn't make sense to me and there was no epilogue explaining how your choices affected the different peoples of the galaxy. The Reaperkid wants to "save" organic culture from destruction by synthetics they create by condensing a choice few organics into new Reapers? How does this "save" them when they become a Reaper controlled by the citadel with no trace of their culture besides the "Reapers look like what was used to make them" effect? Also, if the Citadel was "controlling" the Reapers, why not just override any changes made by the Protheans and use the Citadel as intended? And, if the Citadel was aware that itself was the catalyst, why did TIM need to alert the Reapers to this? Why would Reaperkid even make possible the choices to organics that would end its beloved cycles? I'm left with so many unanswered questions after the endings.
Otherwise, I really loved the rest of the game leading up to the end. I just hope the last parts can be made to make more sense to us.

Voted. I don't mind if we don't get the happiest ending ever, but I would like to know what actually happens to everyone. People have put 5 years into your series, you have to have some closure

Placed a link to this thread in my signature, it maybe a good idea if you guys did the same. Less chance that this thread gets moved from 1st page on the forum and gets lost and left unnoticed. You can change your signature in Profile/Forum Settings menu

I think it is very interesting to see the wide range of answers for the 2nd question. People seem to dislike the endings for a variety of different reasons.

Just officially beat it.
I still don't know what people are complaining about. So we'll just agree to disagree. Was it the BEST ending ever in the world? No, but it was not some epic catastrophe. It's hard to live up to an epic saga at the end.
The only thing about it I didn't like was that the ending was overly brief. I want a bit more expansion.

Voted. The only hope for change is if fans make it clear how and why they are upset rather then just throwing hate at BioWare/EA. No matter how much they may or may not deserve that.
