An ending like Bioshock, the original.  Even just that exact ending (for the good ending) movie to have played would make more sense than whatever the two options we were offered were.

Or even everyone, reaper and human, dying.

Just not whatever that ending was.  It isn't that it's happy or sad, it's that it takes the world we liked and says okay, this world is entirely useless.  For a game that is supposed to invoke emotion and feeling, it ruins everything.  I never played such a good game that was ruined by such a bad ending.
