That's not cool dude! Texas makes up a huge portion of the US Military. You gotta fix that, it should atleast be in the top 5 out of all US states.

Also I didn't see New Mexico in there...I like that, New Mexico sucks.

Oh gosh, I meant 100! D: I'm trying to give all countries a start of 100 at least. Sorry for the mistake. My fingers can slip easily. I've made some mistakes and I'm glad people are pointing them out! Please let me know these things!
