It's been two or three days that I've been constantly thinking/agonizing over the end of ME3 but there have been people out there longer and a lot of people on BSN just wanted to start this thread and check on everyone!
How are you all feeling?.
Any better now?

Honestly? Not much better.

It REALLY depressed the heck outta me. Any time I think of playing ANY of the games, I get a sick feeling in my stomach.

I don't think I can play these games ever again...

And yes, I'm being serious. Mock me all you want, but it's how I feel.

I feel about the same really. Posting on here and reading the forums really helped me a lot though. I thought something was wrong with me for being so upset about a fricking video game ending until I realized I was not alone- not by a long shot.

I still feel like ****, the only thing that will make me feel better is if they make a statement that shows they are working to fix these endings.

I feel better because I've gotten to the point of denial where I'm choosing to go the "it was a hallucination/indoctrination!" path. Now, I know that it's a long shot, but there's enough compelling argument to make me not feel so foolish and able to look at my CE's without as much disappointment as before.

I feel the same, although I just finished the game yesterday.
BioWare screwed us over.

good to know there are others all over the world who share my pain...but still, ME wont be the same for me. Even if I play the previous games over, I will always have a feeling of despair no matter what.

I'm fine now, but mostly because I'm in complete denial. In my mind the Normandy scene never happened. It makes no sense whatsoever.

On my new playthrough now, and romancing Garrus still makes me smile.

I WON'T play the last mission ever again, though.

Hey I am not going to mock you at all, I feel as if I am mourning the loss of someone! Sounds bad but I just got attached to all the characters and all their stories...!

I too have to agree I tried playing a couple of different games and I just cant..!

Yeah same here I joined BSN just to get in on the like minded crowd, and get my word into an official Bioware forum...!

I know that feel in a limited capacity.

Makes me want to drop those controllers and  create my own stuff, though. Stuff I can end on my own terms.

already planning a short 4-6 page retcon comic and disregarding the last 5 min of the game; why I have to make up my own ending is a question for Bioware :P

The day after I beat ME3, the first thing to go through my mind wasn't "Well ****, I have to go to class" or "Wow lame, I have work today" it was "What the hell did I do to BioWare for them to give me such a terrible ending like that?" I couldn't pay attention in class because of the soul crushing disappointment that was heaped onto me by BioWare. Work was made even more miserable too because of this. I'm a bit better now, and grasping onto the hope that there might be a chance the release a new ending as free DLC, but at the same time I know it's false hope. It's also nice to see that I'm not the only one who was offended by ME3's ending.

Usually I have nightmares about people ODing and dying or having heart attacks and how I can't do anything to save them. Now i have nightmares about the squadmates in mass effect dying and me not being able to save them.

So... better? worse?

I was really down the day after it happened, just sort of in shock. Now I accept it, and am trying to rationalize it as best I can. I'm just looking for some way to meld the God-Child into the overall plot somehow, at the moment.

I don't expect we'll ever actually get a new ending, so I'm trying to make myself accept this one.

I've known about these endings for a little more than a week now. I'm still just as pissed.

I've got a nasty feeling in my stomach. Let's pretend ME1 and 2 were a stray kitten I took in. I got kitty his shots got him snipped bought him food ect. The day after he gets snipped he gets hit by a car. All my time and effort were wasted. That's how I feel.

My exact emotional response. Up until the last minute I was wondering about how I would time manage my marathon run from 1 through 3 and what class I would play and what decisions I would make.

I'll never be able to make a decision in any of the Mass Effect games without thinking about how pointless it is. The civilization is destroyed, the character is dead, his friends and companions our lost, the alliances were meaningless.

How could they have made the game so right until the last five minutes? What happened in development?

Really sad that after all these years, after waiting so many months for this, we get this. I'm going to quote the Earth's committee "That's it?", that was what i said after the ending.

Let's see I beat the game on Wednesday night/Thursday morning.

I'm not really depressed about the ending anymore - but I am still bitter about it. I was hoping to start up my 2nd play through ( a comprehensive one) by now. But the ending sucked the life out of it for me.

The initial emptiness has just been replaced by straight up confusion - I still can't believe My Shepard (and a lot of others) would just bend over for the god-kid. I made a career on doing what people thought was impossible. Just being like ok, I'll take one of these 3 crappy options because you random artificial intelligence tells me too, just doesn't make any sense
