Finished on Monday. Wasn't upset but felt really confused and empty. Over it now, looking forward to the DLC and played some multiplayer earlier.

I'm still in shock that they would wait until the last 15 minutes of the series to introduce a game-changer of such poor quality. Whether or not the "indoctrination" theory is true, the ending is vastly different in tone from the rest of the trilogy, and doesn't work.

I expected better from Bioware. I've always considered them great storytellers, with the ME trilogy being their greatest work. I'm still shocked.

Still feeling like after getting hit by a brick in the head. Bioware really touched me in the wrong place. Oddly enough they are the only ones who can fix this.

Spoilin' for a fight actually. XD
The real kicker is even if ME3's ending wasn't bad enough, which it most definitely is (seriously 5 years of time, money, effort and emotional investment I put into that game) I am in the middle of planning a move due to work AND I recently split up with my long term gf. Bit of a **** really.

And yes, before you ask ME3 is really top of my list of things that suck. Trollolol.

Over it. Won't miss any opportunity to point out how terrible the endings (plural lol) are though.

Disappointed, with a lot of, "What were they thinking?"

Hoping that my desire to play the first two games will rise again in the future because the series was easily one of my favorites and I had already planned to run back through the trilogy after finishing my initial play of the third entry. Now, not so much. :\\

I'm just disappointed that as things are right now, I don't think I'll be able to replay the trilogy again. The ending pay-off is just that anti-climatic and worthless, not to mention that it completely neutered awe-inspiring Reapers. Even though endings in some other RPGs I played aren't all that hot (Fallout:NV for example), they never turned me off playing the game, quite the contrary. ME3, unfortunately, did.

I'm still a bit out of sorts. I'm still thinking about it almost constantly, although I'm back to being able to focus on other things at the same time. I still feel empty when I think about it, and the music is still on a loop in my head. I have yet to recover my desire to indulge in any form of media/entertainment. No games, no TV, not much of anything beyond these forums. Discussing things here has definitely been cathartic though.

For me, its getting better day by day. I guess I accepted the fact that the ending, ****ty as it might be (warning, that is my opinion), won't change in the near future.

But I think its exciting that so many people here united to "fight" for a better ending. As so many say, continue to hold the line guys and girls. Fight for the things you like and love.

I've been losing respect for BW for a while now ... DA2->swtor->ME3 ending it's been a downhill slide; so I was not surprised that they were not able to put in enough time into the game to make a proper ending. That's what happens when you sell out.

After a week: obsessed with the mere hope of a slim possibility that it might get changed. Besides that roller coaster of feelings. ATM down.

Still amazed at how bad the ending was, but confident that Bioware will use all the setups from the bad ending, make some DLC, and hopefully make me happy again.

The ending was certainly a heart-breaker. I have tried to put it out of mind when I am at school or running track, but that simple air of negativity and bitterness that I got from the ending has affected my performances in both of those areas. I'm not saying in any way that the ending is directly to blame for my poor attentiveness and lowered performance standards (at least, for the moment), but that foul mood is hard to shake when it comes to crunch time. I have had multiple internal arguments on whether ME3 is worth playing through again, and so far my final decision after each argument has been no. I sincerely hope Bioware will give me a reason to change my answer.

Really sad that after all these years, after waiting so many months for this, we get this. I'm going to quote the Earth's committee "That's it?", that was what i said after the ending.

This, add there that i feel cheated.

I can't lie. I play video games to escape from the real world. So I probably care too much about the characters in the Mass Effect universe. I've been thinking about the endings way too much. The only thing that takes my mind off it is working (sometimes) or sleeping. I alternate between optimism for an updated ending and despair that it will never come. I thought about selling my copy of the game, but I know Shepard would never give up the fight against the Reapers, so I can't give up on this story.

I just want to see my friends again.

Nearly a week and I can barely touch any of the games. Feels pointless.

Kinda optimistic that they will do something at the moment however. That will probably change by tommorow though..
