All I've been doing in the fast few hours is listening to So long and thanks for all the fish.

Not better at all. The game has no replay value till they fix the endings. Also the silence from Bioware on this issue while they probably craft a cryptic response does not help, it is just more infuriating.

If they fix the endings, and take responsibility with respect to their customer base, all will be forgiven.

But if they don't, this will be the last Bioware product I purchase ever.

I'm playing a second playthrough with another character to hear how Mark Meer does Shepard and to finish all the side quests i missed (about 3 i think). But seriously, the drive is very low

Still haven't been able to play the game since the ending.... been a few days now.  My health isn't the best but honestly the stress and depressing/frustration I got from that end scene almost made me puke and collapse.  It may be best for me to just not return to the game at all for health reasons.

I'm somewhat like this.  Don't think I'd collapse because of this, but I certainly feel sick to my stomach when I dwell on it.

Been replaying the first Mass Effect, remembering why I love the franchise regardless of how upset I am by the endings

Still utterly and thoroughly depressed...

I've tried so many things to cheer myself up:
Watching LOTR... Playing DAO... Playing SWTOR... Nothing Is cheering me at all ... In all of them I inevitably Alt Tab or stop the movie and just sit there ... Thinking about the ending and how frustrated i am at it...

I think I'm now jumping on the whole, "indoctrination/hallucination" theory purely out of denial that they could leave the whole series in such a HORRID state ... Worst part is that it will still be another week or 2 until we get some sort of announcement, unless Bioware decide it's necessary on Monday when they reconvene at HQ

I just dont know what to do :S

I finished the game just last night and am already in a state of denial..  By the goddess I am in for some heartache.

The indoctrination/hallucination ideal seems like the only plausable excuse for such a poor ending.

Playing this game cost me. All the work and effort. Hours spent. Time spent yelling, "Hang on a second, I can't hear you, I have to watch this scene because I can't pause it." (That made me feel bad, you know. Having to put off my loved ones because they can't put a working pause function during dialogue. At least on the PC version.)

For what I cost me, I expected an uplifting experience which rewarded me for everything I put into it. Instead, I got a nice slap in the face evven with my with my "integrate everyone" ending.

In a way, I think I owe them thanks. I'm cured of my love for the Mass Effect franchise. I totally loved the game up until that point. Wow. Did they really have to poison the well on the way out the door?

The only thing that has changed is that I am now 100% certain that this is the most disapointed I have ever been in a game.

It's been two or three days that I've been constantly thinking/agonizing over the end of ME3 but there have been people out there longer and a lot of people on BSN just wanted to start this thread and check on everyone!
How are you all feeling?.
Any better now?

After browsing this thread...I am of the opinion that some people need to get some new hobbies.

Lyrandori,

I am glad this thread has brought you some sort of therapy!. It has for me but it doesnt take away the feelings I am having about ME3's ending..I feel really weird cause its like im mourning fictional characters and a fictional universe..!

But bottom line I am glad that it helped...

I have/had a list of all my ME2 saves and the order I was going to import them ect. But now I just don't want to. I think it will be a push to even go back for the achievements ( I got them all in ME1+ 2) and I love achievements haha

Have plenty of hobbies, done plenty of other things in the course of those three days..doesn't stop me from being a bit unhappy about something I loved greatly over the years.
