So do any of your statistics factor into the potency of the poison ? Dex ? cunning ?

To my knowledge, none. I could be wrong. But you never have to pass any numeric check. ie: if poison-making < 2 = fail to create poison. As far as I know as long as you have the skill, and the required ingredients you can always make the poison.

Crafting is not stat dependent. It only depends on if you have the skill required to craft it.

And the higher the skill (i.e. Herbalism I, II, etc) determines what you can make. I think at the higher levels, you can make the more complicated items, provided you have the recipes and components.

Yes. But you only need level 1 poison to use all of that stuff.
Now, the real question, does anything on the character crafting or using influence the effectiveness of the poisons/grenades?
