This is all for PC btw:
I wasn't sure where to post this really so I thought this would be the best place technically.
Short version is I'm worried that I may have done something that will invalidate/corrupt my importing of my ME1 playthrough and was wondering if using that ME1 playthrough for a second one would fix it.
Long version:
As I was playing, I stumbled upon by mistake the Lorin Qu'In glitch, which I later found out caused data corruption when trying to import the completed game then. I'm way too far in to just restart if that's the case, and that's IF it will end up messing my import.
So my thought is, worse case scenario, I can just finish my first runthrough of ME1, then do another one and use that second one for my import when I start ME2.
Question then is, if my second playthrough makes use of the bonuses of the first one, and the first playthrough is messed up to begin with (if it ends up causing trouble getting imported for ME2), then will the second playthrough also cause trouble if I'm trying to import that?
Will really appreciate any help on that!
