I wouldn't have been so disappointed by the last 10 minutes if I hadn't been awake during the events of ME1 and interested in the character piece that was ME2.  Damn me for not mashing the "skip dialogue" button just to get to the shooting stuff, because if I did, the ending could've been non-existent and I wouldn't feel disappointed.

Too bad I got immersed in the universe, read the codex, and discussed the story of the games when they were fresh and debate was hot.  Makes it pretty difficult to look past the shortcomings of the ending when you know how impossible it is.
