If they patch the current ending up, get rid of the cyber god child and have shepard to decide between:
1.
Destroy the reapers. As an result all synthetics including EDI and geth
as well as the mass relay would be destroyed from the blast of the
crucible. Despite not having mass relay the aliens were able to return
to their homeworlds safely and from here on the galaxy stand united in
helping each other rebuild.
2. Control the reapers. Instread of sacrificing the good synthetics,
Shepard sacrificed himself and becomes the consciousness of the reapers.
Mass relays remain fully functional.
Instead of harvesting civilizations the reapers became the guardian of
the galaxy, watching over everyone from the dark spaces.
3. Not enough war asset, everyone gets wiped out. Shepard dies. Every
civilization was out for themselves and reaper eventually destroyed them
all.
the endings would not have suck so badly like the ones we
have currently, where every choices resulted in the destruction of mass
relay and normanday crushlands. Honestly, I understand why the writers
want to take out the mass relays. It's simply not right to have a
perfect ending where no sacrifices are made, but for godness sake give
us more variety.

If Bioware released a DLC with a different ending I wouldn't buy it. Bioware obviously wanted to end the game this way so there wouldn't be a ME4. I hate that there is no happy ending for Shepard and the Normandy crew, but people need to accept this. The only reason why Bioware would make another ending is because everyone was so disappointed in the ending they have now.
Mission accomplished alot of people are disappointed with that ending.

I need therapy now because this ending has punched holes in my heart. I really do hate the ending once I replayed the last mission and realized that there really is no happy ending with either choice you make in the end.
