At some points in the game, I really couldn't believe that someone said something to me. Usually, they weren't even trying to be terrible but they were.

For me, there are two so far:

1) When you meet up with Jacob and didn't romance him, he talks about staying with the scientists so that he can settle down and have a family one day. When you tell him that you get that, he says that "The Normandy's your real love" and that basically you're going to die alone...for no apparent reason. This has convinced me that I never liked him.

2) Dr. Chakwas - Dr. Chakwas! - was having one of those passionate arguments that seem to be popping up every time you turn around and that needs two sentences from you to settle conclusively with Engineer Adams. He said that Reapers and other AI were alive and she wasn't having it. When I sided with him she said "Of course you'd say that. You two are practically machines yourselves." Since Adams is an engineer, that reference makes sense and I can see him not caring. Since Shepard is "half machine" because she was brought back from the dead and there might still be complications from that...what the hell?

She really didn't need to be in that situation, though. And since earlier in the game she wanted to look you over because she was worried about all the implants it's even worse that she'd be so callous.

I imagine Shepherd as being sarcastic. hence the pause. "...Really?"

The whole stargazer conversation pissed me the **** off. Other than that, honestly I thought that the Dalatrass came across as a complete boob who shouldn't be running their race.

Jessica Chobot, nothing personal, but you SUCK as a voice actress.

Being fair, I imagine she hasn't really done much VA before. Compared to everyone else who put on superb performances and make the characters feel believeable, she sticks out like a sore thumb.

Well i hated her, but to be fair she didn't want to make the same mistake twice. In here eyes the reapers are the same as the rachni. her people unleashed the krogans and it backfired in the logn run and they "fixed" it. To win a war again by unleashing them again is foolish in the eyes of a salarian leader.

She is still wrong, of course.

Oh man. I don't know why, but it struck me as so idiotic and such a redundant thing to say.

She didn't really add anything either. i was hoping she would give more of something but she just was there kinda. Just filling up extra space.

It felt weird listening to the I love you's from ashley to shep for me. It didn't feel right.. I got with that in ME1 barely saw her in ME2 hardly talked to her in ME3 (against my will) and hearing her say I love you and shep saying it back made me feel awkward. It was beyond corny for me.

Allers was hot as hell.. wanted her for a LI, atleast I tapped it once.

I was imagining feeding him literally an entire Geth Prime unit, like "see, this is how peace between robots and the living works - this is your confirmation, eat it you son of a"

I agree that I understand her reservations but her staunch adherence to just punishing the Krogan in the face of total obliteration is astonishing. Even until the Shroud where she asks you to sabotage it. It's been 1400 or so years, you messed up just let it go, y'know?
