If I have to pick one line off the top of my head, it is Shepard's "We fight or we die, that's the plan!" As you recall, that line is in response to the defense committee's "Shepard, we need a plan to fight the Reapers"

I was dumbfounded at Shepard's reply. Hold on a second here, Shepard is a N7 special operations soldier with plenty battlefield experience. He is also an officer holding the rank of lieutenant commander in the Alliance, which means he has command experience. I might accept such a nonsense strategy from a civilian, but Shepard saying "We fight or we die" to senior ranked officers?

If I were one of the defense committee officers, I would smack Shepard, yes.

Last mission in London, the shuttle just got shot by a Ravager and it crashes killing Cortez.

People keep saying this, but Kaidan never hit on my Shep at all. And I picked pretty much straight paragon dialogue options.

I find this whole situation amusing.

I have to agree with the Chakwas line. I completely understand its intentions and know Chakwas respects Shep way too much to insult them, but that felt like a low blow. It was an interesting debate to watch, regardless.

I thought it was tacky that even though everyone else calls Cortez either Cortez or Esteban, the minute Shepard finds out that his husband called him Steve (which, given that no one else did, was probably a personal thing between the two), she immediately takes to calling him Steve.

And how do you get 'Steve' from 'Esteban' anyway?

If you romanced Kaidan, you have this extremely sad and moving conversation in London right before the end, and both Shep and Kaidan are tearing up. Kaidan turns away to try and hide it, Shep walks away... and then out of nowhere, he goes all herpy-derp Canadian and is like, "You know, I've never been to London! Huh."

I kept getting pissed off at Vega for calling me Lola and saying crap like how I can "fill out an outfit like nobody's business". Uh, excuse me? Screw you, guy, I am your superior officer. You do not talk to me like that. I didn't ask nor do I want your creepy, weird comments. A soldier should know better in the first place. What the hell?

I played pure Paragon. I'm only assuming that if you can shoot these behaviors down you can only do so if you're Renegade. Which is a bit disappointing. I guess if I ever get around to a second play though I know who's getting a talking-to first.

There are some times that a few Renegade points are worth it. Getting spared a ton of sexual harassment is one of those times.

And surprisingly I felt the first pane of awkwardness when the alliance counil say "what do we do..." then sheps like "we fight or we die". then there's that awkward silence and it's just like ..... no...... that was the time for a monologue like in ME1 & 2, not some cheap one-liner.

Ugh, right. I'm glad I'm not the only one who was disturbed. I was actually okay with him on Mars, until he started with the creepy flirting/leering/whatever it was that he was doing. Never even wanted to talk to him after that.

Being fair, I imagine she hasn't really done much VA before. Compared to everyone else who put on superb performances and make the characters feel believeable, she sticks out like a sore thumb.

Yeah. She seems like an alright person and I don't have anything against her, but every single one of her lines made me whince. I would rather have a no-name professional do the lines than a "video game celebrity" cameo who has no experience in voice acting. Then again, I'm not sure they would have written the character at all in the first place if it weren't for Chobot. I don't know. The whole thing felt hollow and forced and uncomfortable.

Everything that kid says about why the Reapers do what they do... it makes me want to smack my mama its so fantastically bad. It almost amazes that Bioware could be that bad in that grand of fashion. That kid logic is beyond broken..its just not there... The Catalyst is absolutely bat **** crazy..

I play (mostly) pure Paragon also.  But I did take the renegade option with Vega at the beginning when he calls Shepard "Lola."  She says something to him like, "I'm your superior officer; no nicknames."  Something to that effect.

Vega responds in a very snarky tone, "Your rules, your loss, COMMANDER."

I lost all respect for Vega after that.
