I am on this account because EA has informed me that this is the account my XBL gamertag is associated with. The problem is my actual email has been updated long ago and I use my Saints_ account as my default account here.
This is a problem because I use Saints_ very regularly. I want to register my game to that account so I can post under that account on this forum. I cannot register my game on Saints_ because EA refuses to assist me in changing the email over.
I have manually changed the email, but the problem now is the newer email is associated with THIS account.
If nothing can be done, could I AT LEAST receive a name change? My game is registered to this account now, but my Art of Mass Effect DLC code is registered to Saints_
I cannot get this dlc because Saints_ is not associated with an XBL gamertag (as this is the account that is). This has been a very stressful experience. I am asking for assistance and perhaps a little leniancy with any rules that may be prohibiting someone with the power to approve my request.
