Garrus' romance was fantastic. I really feel for you guys who romanced Miranda/Jack/Thane/Jacob...pretty much all of the non-dextro squaddies. My deepest sympathies.
Let's see..It feels really silly sticking through with your LI, only to see it completely overshadowed by all the characters from ME1. I feel intensy envy to those that went with, say, Liara.
- Jack: You get a kissing session.
- Miranda: You get a hug.
- Thane: He dies.
- Jacob: He ditches you and knocks up some chick.

I've finished ME3...what, seven times by now? And I've stuck with Jack as sole love interest for four of those, I think. The fifth was a female Shepard playthrough, sixth I stuck with Ashley, and seventh I exploited the bug that lets you lock in both Ashley and Jack as your love interests (which makes for a very curious goodbye on Earth, let me tell you).
Regrets? I wouldn't say so. Disappointment, sure, that there wasn't more of Jack in the game, but what is there was pretty fantastic, I thought (which is a big part of the reason why the small amount of material is disappointing). Truthfully, before the game came out I kind of expected it to be even worse, so I guess I can feel relieved, in a sense. And as little as I got with Jack, I acknowledge the fact that I honestly could have had it much, much worse, considering the treatment that the Thane and Jacob people got (my heart really goes out for you guys there. I mean...damn).

Be sure to remember Kelly in all this. She wasn't even an official LI in 2 and she had so little to do in 3, it's like BW didn't even care about her.

My Shep's ME2 romances are waiting EC. Until then... Then they all will finally either die or live happily ever after. I still don't have the stomach to play them in ME3. Rather started a new ME1 game

Dumping Kaiden for Garrus?
Ashley for Tali?
Hell, I kicked Kaiden to the curb for Traynor.
No regrets at all. All were far better romances. Ash and Kaiden both pretty much deserved to die as insufferable as they became.
