 I'm sure a forum similar to this has already been made but didn't want to search through the tens of thousands of posts. 

I have recently gotten the paramour achievement without realizing that my choices lead to it. In other words, I romanced Samantha Traynor and didn't realize that all the "what-seem-to-be" paragon choices lead towards the paramour achievement. My intentions were/are to romance Garrus, not Traynor. Now that I have the paramour achievement, am I no longer eligble to romance Garrus? He hasn't said anything about Traynor and still seems to be somewhat romantically involved as we just took a drive up to the catwalk when visiting the Citadel. Shepard did say she was "glad to have a friend like you, Garrus". Friend...

If anyone knows, thanks in advance for the replies!

Yeah, you can't romance him anymore. Most LIs don't seem to acknowledge when you choose someone else over them.

But if the scene you got on the Citadel had Shep talking about being friends, definitely can't romance him. If you're in a romance with him, the scene would have had different dialogue.

lol really? you didn't know? what did you thought would happen when you chose the "go in the shower with her " option?

I figured since she was already in my cabin in the shower with the door open, it was much too late.

Nah. At that point you're just being a friendly ship captain, since she complained about the showers on the crew deck. If you just stay where you are, everything stays friendly and she comes out and you play chess and have a fun night of it.

I romanced Kaidan in ME 1 and Garrus in ME2. After visiting Kaidan in the hospital, I'm wondering if I didn't also ruin the Garrus romance.

Nope. I did the same thing. You can flirt with both of them, basically. You make a final choice later on, after Kaidan rejoins, and then the other romance gets locked out.

I hope this is not true. I could be wrong about this but didn't Bioware promise us that there would be no more ninja romances in ME3

I am currently on my first playthrough of ME3 and I have not reached very far yet but I am very concious of the fact that every time I say something nice to Ashley I am moving one step closer to romancing her, the problem however is that I don't want to romance her at all I want to stay loyal to Miranda. The alternative of course is to pick renegade dialogue options but I don't feel comfortable doing that since she almost got killed and I feel bad for her and want her to get better.

Wait so Traynor is a full romance? If I did the shower thing with her I can't continue my romance with Kaiden? Can anyone confirm this for me?

You fool!  Luckily, I did not make the same mistake, I picked the other choice and they laughed while playing chess, and was able to keep the romance with Kaidan.

I don't think there's really any
ninjamancing going on. The options to start a romance are fairly
obvious. There will eventually be a point where Ashley asks about your
relationship and you can tell her you just want to be friends, if it's
anything like Kaidan/Garrus romances anyway.

She's a full romance, yeah. So I'm pretty sure you can't continue the romance with Kaidan, like the OP couldn't continue with Garrus after the shower scene.
