After losing a mission just now my weapons, equipment, and character cards all got reset.  When I go into character selection screen I can no longer select the quarian character for infiltraitor, I lost over 20 medi gels and Op packages, and all of my weapons for busted back to level 1 and I lost nearly all of my obtained weapons.

Anyone else have this happen just a few minutes ago?  I tried restarting ME3 but the changes seem to be permenent.  Any characters I had already initilized and used, as well as their current weapons are still existing but I cannot mod them, even if mods are present, and their weapon levels have been returned to 1.  Any left over skill points are missing as well but the character levels and currently selected skills are intact.

wtf is all I have to say.

 this happened to me to i plan not to play till i get it back cause i purchedes the specter packs like 10 times and it was done with microsoft points i spent 20 dollars on points and was very happy to get the revenant mechine gun and the black widow damn i want it back

This is a known issue, which Bioware is not handling too well, imo.
