After the normal let down of space magic fireworks, you see Shepard laying in a pile of concrete and other material. (Which obviously wouldn't be there on the Citadel... AND the Citadel exploded.) After a moment, you see Shepard take a deep breath, signaling that they are alive.
Now... does that support that everything was a hallucination after losing a lot of blood? I'd say yes.
If you get over 6,000 assets and destroy synthetic life....
