I've re-registered an account with ea, and I registered my game on this site, but when I try to use the sign in feature on the main menu, all it says after the "Contacting Dragon Age Servers..." fades in is "please try again." My email address and password is correct, but every time I press "Y" to log in, it just says, "Please try again." Very frustrating - any help is appreciated.

I find this whole situation insulting. I paid premium for the collector's edition content, which I can't use because I can't log into ea servers :/ I spent 5+ h on DAJourneys and can't unlock anything or even save my game because of the damn servers...

Same here, I think it's a shame. What kind of gay **** is that anyway, a different dragon age server. I bought and downloaded all my expansions for Oblivion via Marketplace and that works just fine. You better solve this BioWare!!!

I was able to download the promotionals (blood dragon armor, and shale) but I can't log into the servers. It's still giving me the "Please try again." message. Is there any reasonable explanation yet?

Can we get someone from the technical support/moderator/anyone qualified to explain why are the servers down for so long and when they will be up? People are having problems with a product they paid money for and not even a comment from EA/Bioware.
Right now I'm seriously reconsidering preordering ME2. If people can't connect to the servers I'll be able to buy a second-hand ME2 with all the codes intact...
