So, yeah, I don't really have internet all the time. What I DO have is some premium content (like Shale). What I'm wondering is how I can play Dragon Age offline and still use the premium content.

Yes you can play offline. I myself have been doing that since day one. Playing offline even prevents your DLCs from being flagged unauthorized thus making it trouble-free gaming.

I agree. infact I would recomend always playing logged out, to prevent troubles with the installed dlc.

If I try to start the game when logged out it says "An authorized user must be logged in to play the Premium Content: "The Stone Prisoner" or something along those lines, I believe.

What? I got the CE retail box, what do you have?

I bought the standard Dragon Age retail edition, and it came with a card that had a serial to download The Stone Prisoner.

EDIT: On further inspection, I got it to work. Slightly overlook something.

I like to know how did you fixed it because I have the same thing that you have Kinetix. My PC is running W7 and I brought the retail version.

First of all, make sure you don't have Dragon Age set to sign you in automatically as soon as you start the game. Make sure it says "Logged Out" in the bottom left corner. That's all I had to do.

when you play offline, these dlc bugs dont occure?

if i play offline, can i keep my dlc items? (by the way i am halfway of the game)

You only have to authorize the content online once. After that you MAY get a message like the one described above. But just keep hitting resume game, it'll work after another try or two.

i am now playing offline. i will start the wardens keep dlc content today

i hope it will not be bugged

if it happens i will kill a guy who is working with bioware and a neighbour of mine (we didnt met actually)
