No its in game except for that music.
That's the "secret ending" people worked their asses off getting EMS past 5k. Not worth it at all.
It adds to the whole "everything past the charge was hallucinated/indoctrination" theories but still...

This is real I got this ending. The only way to get it is to do the red destroy teh synthetics ending.

Yeah I got this when I destroyed the Reapers...cause its what I've been conditioned to do for the last six years.
This though is irrelevant as you just killed everyone else in the major system hubs of the galaxy, doomed the entire Quarian fleet to never see Rannoch again, killed EDI and the Geth instantaneously....and a million other problems that your decision simply won't exonerate ever.
