I bought more points despite the game already took away alot of my unlocks for no reasons and when I tried to buy a spectre pack it took the points but no pack unlocked at all.
This is frustrating since it is real money i lost. I also already lost a few things I bought previously, which I mentioned in another thread that people were posting, but is anything going to happen or is the money I paid just lost?

actually after sleeping and coming back, the server checked for purchases and send it, unless someone at bioware saw this message. Some other stuff is still missing though after buying it earlier this week. Singleplayer also reset appearance for me.

The first time I spent real cash on a multiplayer pack, it failed to download and my money was gone. I backed out, went back in, and it immediately downloaded. I think there's some sort of fail safe in place to prevent nuking of funds.

There is also a known and so far unresolved bug that has killed people's multiplayer unlocks on all 3 platforms. I myself lost $30.00 worth of specter packs. hoping to get reimbursed or at least have my items replaced.

I've lost 1.99 on a specter pack. Happened to me before and I backed out and went back into the store again and it was still gone. HAS nothing to do with being the store when invited to a group or pushing the ready button as I was alone and not in a lobby.
Crap like this really pisses me off even if it was 1.99. Going to call up Sony later on today to see if I can get a refund for that 1.99.

Same thing happened to me. I bought the dlc and paid 15 dollars extra for various spins of the mp dice. the second to last specter pack I bought just disappeared into the ether. 2 bucks wasted. It's not like it's a big amount of money or anything.. But it's a totally frivolous purchase. you expect to actually rcv your stuff. Not pleased. knock on wood at least I didn't lose stuff I already had.

Well My fellow PS3 owners, just like the 360 and PC owners you're **** out of luck.
The PSN rep told me it was purchased and it was downloaded. He told me I should call Activision the makers of this game to ask when it'll unlock/when it'll show up in progression of the MP/SP game...Yeah...
Useless.
So unless someone from BioWare and I'm pretty damn sure they're reading all the complaints from all platform owners that this is happening. DO NOT purchase the booster packs with your hard earned money.

I just spent 60000 credits on a spectre pack, but it failed to give me the pack. However, it -did- succeed in taking my 60000 credits. After relogging in, and the game checking for outstanding purchases, it doesnt find my spectre pack. Any help?

same here i bought a 5000 pack didnt get anything so i backed out and went back in. still nothing. i saw that i didnt get any credits deducted so i decided to reboot and when i started back up the credits were gone and i had nothing to show for it. then it happened again with a 20000 pack except that time i couldnt get into a lobby or do anything so i was forced to reboot, and again i lost the money and had nothing to show for it.
they seem ironclad about making sure you dont get a free pack, and there seems to be no problem about making sure it takes the money first.....go figure....
