What would they be?
For me:
Bad Ending: Reapers win. Galaxy is destroyed, sentient races perish. Ending cutscene goes to new sentient life studying left over technology and unearthing Liara's record of Shepard that she created, thus giving them plenty of warning to prepare themselves. Perhaps they'd be the ones to defeat the Reapers (A cool battle scene between new races and Reapers?). A victory for you in the long run, although you perished during your time... which carved the way to victory for the new races.
Neutral Ending: You defeat the Reapers, but at a great cost. The balance of power has shifted dramatically through the galaxy. Economy could be in havoc. Some races may try to take advantage of others during this time of strife. It's the "end of the world" (or galaxy) as we know it, although the Reapers were defeated. Cutscenes also show how your choices affected races in the future. (Krogan rebel again? etc.)
Good Ending: Reapers are destroyed with minimal losses(Wouldn't mind if you had to work REALLY HARD for this one, including choices from previous games.). Cutscenes show how your choices affected things in the future. (Do the Krogan rebel again? Etc.) Shows what your friends do in the future, perhaps even throwing in a few choices for you to help dictate what YOUR Shepard does afterwards.
---------------
What about all of you?
If you had to have three endings that were different from these...

Any ending where I can survive and be with my crew mates would be fine with me. If I have to do it on a broken world with barely anyone else left.. so be it. I spent all this time fighting for my life and the lives of those I care about, I would at least like the possibility to win on that level.

i think you pretty much nailed it. i like the 2 options (even though you called the second one neutral) being 'downers' as it gives you something to work for because you're most likely not going to get the 'good' ending in the first run through. maybe even make it so you have to beat the game on insanity. SOMETHING.

I could live with those endings
Anything is better than the endings we were given.
I would like an ending where you break the cycle (according to creepy kid/whatever) of organic life creating synthetic life that then goes on to destroy it's creators - that trope is just SO lame. If you broker peace between the Geth and the Quarians then you have already broken the cycle that the creepy kid/whatever insists is the only future.

Im also gonna need a new reason for the reapers. That was as awful as the ending itself.

How dare you make such a reasonable request!?

I'd rewrite the Reaper plot.
But in the end the 4 options -
1) Side with Reapers, destroy races.
2) Destroy the Reapers, Mass Relays intact, All crew survive, Shep lives with LI and gets a statue. Galactic Peace.
3) Earth is sacrificed so all other races can survive
4) Sacrifice other races so humans can live.

1) Direct military victory -- you fight or you die. Depends on Galaxy at war score. Epic cutscenes are involved.
2) Personal Sacrifice -- kill off either the Normandy OR your squaddies on the ground to help ensure victory.
3) Galactic Sacrifice -- destroy either Earth, ending Humanties top-tier status on the galactic stage OR the Citadel and Relays, ending galactic civilization in general. One is neccessary to defeat the Reapers.
You can mix and match if you'd like.

Bad ending-Reapers win
Neutral ending: reapers defeated, galaxy takes a huge hit, shepherd dies.
Good ending: Reapers defeated, galaxy takes huge hit, citadel is destroyed but shepherd lives.

Really, I wish there was just like... an "After Game" type of deal that would show what happened with your choices. Do the Rachni simply disappear again? Do the Krogan breed out of control if you cured the Genophage? So many things were alluded too, but the endings we were given just didn't make sense at all, and nothing was shown of the universe you had molded afterwards.

Except that's not what Shepard is fighting for at all. Shepard is fighting for the future of the entire galaxy, not just him/herself and his/her crew.

1) Wipe all synthetic life through sacrifice of synthetic life: EDI is put into the Catalyst similar to Legion, and is able to destroy the Reapers
2) Use the relays to destroy the reapers: Sacrificing the relays and the Citadel to destroy the Reapers via the Catalyst. This would be timed though, more difficult, and require a secret War Asset that was difficult to obtain.
3) Sacrifice Shepard's life to save the galaxy: For those trying to obtain a quick victory without doing side quests. Shepard would sacrifice him/herself via the catalyst to save the galaxy, but at the cost of earth. Many human lives lost, and in futures, people may have considered Shepard a crazy heretic.
Also it would be completely based on individual War Assets (similar to ship parts on ME2) if you even were able to GET to that point. If you didn't, you would attempt to fight the reapers using just brute force of the whole galaxy, and fail.
Maybe it's just me, but I don't really like the whole "die no matter what after I tricked you into playing 90 hours of this game ha-ha" thing, so my endings would always attempt to be happy. I'd also implement a system of percentages that never guaranteed that certain fleets/forces succeeded, and war assets would help the percentage of certain fleets surviving, but nothing would be 100%.

Also there would probably be a "side with reapers" and "side with Cerberus" option, and you would see how the future would turn out if you did. But you would also have to kill your closest friend or LI in order to pick one of those 2 options, because the game would make absolutely sure that you wanted to go with one of those options, regardless of who you had to step on to get it.

1) Save galaxy and survive (collect drinks everyone has promised you)
2) Save galaxy but at cost of something important (you/romance/earth etc)
3) Fail and reapers win.

Ending 1: Reapers win. All advanced organic life is extinguished.
Ending 2: The reapers are driven back into dark space.
Ending 3: The reapers are destroyed.
Within the second two, there would be a plethora of variations, such as who lives and dies, what planets/civilizations are in tact, what tactic is used against the reapers, etc...
