I ordered the regular edition digital download from direct2drive. But it looks as thought it does not, although I thought it did, come with the Warden's Keep expansion.
Will this be available as a separate purchase by tomorrow?

the warden's keep only comes with the digital edition for free-
tomorrow warden's keep will be available for $7 as dlc for everyone else.
the stone prisoner is the only free dlc with the purchase of a new game- well non item dlc.

Bluto is correct; the Warden's Keep is included with the DDE because the DDE doesn't include the tin/cloth/any collectible tangible items.

Digital Collector's edition = DDE. It only coimes with the DDE.
