That if you continue playing as Shepard right after you "finish" the game, it drops you off right before the Illusive Man's Base mission? If they were to release additional ending DLC, it would be optimal if everyone's save was right before the craziness that was the game's ending.

Just a thought.

I assume it's for DLC, as after TIM base Citadel gets moved.
