You can lock a thread, you can delete an email, but a letter you have to open first. A few television shows, even this far into the internet age, have been renewed from the brink of cancellation by mailing campaigns (Chuck and Jericho among them).

Although, this not being the military, we do not have to follow any sort of chain of command. If you really want to get results don't mail your letters to BioWare... Mail them to EA. It literally almost kills me to say this, but they're the ones who are going to help us if anyone is going to help us at all.

Don't waste your time on hope for reassurances or mea culpas from writers or producers. They're the ones that did this, and they're going to stick to their guns. They're artists, and the difference between an artist and a suit is that a suit will eventually budge.

Be polite, be civil, and tell them that we want to give BioWare our money, but they're making it extremely difficult for us.

Good luck, and Godspeed.

Might I suggest also adding ATTN: Frank Gibeau if you're mailing EA.  Frank Gibeau is the President of EA Label so he is the Docs' direct boss.

They'll probably use shredders... So why bother? *depressed*

NO!When the mail comes, and thousands of letters all with the same subject are littering their offices they will think about it.
Paper has a physical weight!
If you want me to coordinate the letter bombardement our fleet is preparing, then say so, but I need everyone of you linking to this thread, so that they can help forging the projectile - our standard letter form - to a perfect shape, so that it will hit where it hurts!
Showing that we are willing to pay for our petition, even a small fee, instead on relying on free services like email or message boards or social networks will be a huge sign!
Rally the troops! This really might work!
BTW it says on the website of the german mail service, that a standard letter from Germany to Canada and to USA is only 0,75 €.

I agree with this. Letters do seem to have a lot more of an impact than emails do anyway. I'll be writing one up. Just keep in mind people, explain your concerns and give examples if you want, but don't suggest things to them in specific (like don't send in your ending scripts or "here's how you should've done it" comments). Focus only on what needs to be altered and why. Contrary to the recent ending troubles, BioWare is without a doubt a great team of developers and they'll fix this. I'm sure of it.
