I'd say Simon Templeman and Steve Valentine for me.

To me it's a tie between Steve Valentine as Alistair and Claudia Black as Morrigan. Both were stellar performances, which really made me invested in the characters. And I say that as a male who played a male PC first - Alistair and he would be friends until they are both old with hair coming out of their ears
.
Close second is Corinne Kempa as Leliana - she is just *adorable*.

For me it's Simon Templeman, but i think i'm biased just becaus it's awesome to hear Kain's voice in a game again.

"Vae Victus - suffering to the conquered. Ironic now I was the one suffering. Not anything as pedestrian as physical pain, rather the cruel jab of impotent anger - the hunger for revenge. I didn't care if I was in Heaven or Hell. All I wanted was to kill my assassins..."
I honestly expected Loghain to pull out the soul reaver and go on a rampage.

Claudia Black/Morrigan because shes a stunning sexy succubus in every game she voice's...and shes just as stunning in real life imo.
Exactly. I don't like Lelianna's voice at all. Off the top of my head her's is really the only one I don't like.

Allistair, Loghain, and Leliana are my favorite voices.

Most of the voice acting is well done, although I think Geraldine Blecker as Shale obviously takes the cake, since she's clearly one person who is performing in character to the extent she's not using her real voice.

Tuff one, as most of the main characters have great voices to go with the excelent writing.
My favorites have to be Alistair, Morrigan and Loghain and a special mention to Duncan, that appears little in comparison, but sets the bar extra high from the beggining.
Most of the others (main characters) have great voices, and the biggest compliment I can give is there were very few bad moments in therms of voices, and in a game that has full voice over (except from main character) thats saying a lot.
Terrific job from BioWare, once again, they simply dont know how to go wrong.

I really can't pick, voice acting is the best part of the game.

Bethesda could seriously use a visit to BioWare for a lesson on how to pick and direct voice actors.
i.e. learning not to hire 2 big name voice actors (one of which isn't actually a voice actor) and then dragging 5 people off the street for 95% of the other dialog.

Morrigans voice is awesome. If i had to choose a number one, it would be her.

Who ever did the voice acting for Allister really nailed it, it takes allot of talent to pull of a voice acting a character like that.

Awesome. I could probably listen to that guy read a phone book and be entertained.

There was not one weak voice in the game, so choosing a faveroute is extremely hard.
I will go with Leilena, not because she is "better" than anyone else, but because I am so tired of all the fluent English speakers in every game, ever.
Hell Aliens in Mass Effect did not even have an accent, Leilena is pretty unique, she actually felt foreign, wich made the world feel larger.

Gorim, for me has the best voice acting. Allistair reminds me of Carth who really annoyed me so he;s probably the worst for me.

Alistair is charming and has an enjoyable voice. When he's joking or being shy it just makes me go all to goo. That accent...
As for voices that are just plain distinct and interesting to listen to, I liked First Enchanter Irving.

I have to agree that Bioware have excelled themselves. The voice acting is superb and brings life to excellent dialogue scripting.
Steve Valentine's Alistair is probably my favourite, maybe because I've kept him in my party all the way through so far. I have laughed out loud at a lot of his interaction, from "licked a lamppost" to his discussion of pain with Shale.
Morrigan is a very close second, I'm a fan of Claudia Black from Farscape etc, her voice simultaneously combines a velvety softness and dangerous undercurrent.
Kate Mulgrew and Tim Curry are wonderful, it's great to hear them in the game.
It seems unfair to pick out a few as there is a consistent high quality across the board.
