Pretty much all the VAs were impressive, but...
In Denerim, there's this pair of Templars at the chantry, they both have maybe 2-3 lines max, and they both just absolutely CRUSH their parts. Amazing voice work for a couple of characters that you don't even really have a reason to click on.

I've always loved Claudia Black so I'm partial to Morrigan.

I gotta give the nod to Valentines Allistar. But in all fairness all the voice acting is superb

I thought all the voice acting was excellent. Leliana however won the most 'seductive' voice contest for me. Loved the little French lilt to her voice!
I enjoyed the voice acting of Allistar and Morrigan, but I guess I'm in the minority as I think both of these characters were a tad annoying (I mean this as a compliment as it's their in game 'characters' that annoyed me) Allistar was a bit of a mewling indecisive child, and Morrigan was a selfish, self centered...well...witch.
I had to take the lead because Allister was too chicken**** too despite being a senior Warden, and Morigan complaining because on occasion I had to help kittens out of trees to win hearts and minds also got on my nerves.
"Yes Morrigan, I know it's ridiculous, however, if you hadn't noticed theres a Blight on, and I need these people to follow me into battle against a horde of evil blood thirsty monsters, so YEAH we need to help some kittens outta some trees you cold hearted B***!"
LOL

All voice acting is superb, i am amazed with the quality of it but we all have to admit that the random dialogues between the party members is what adds to the voice acting alot too.
I can't stop laughing in most situations to be honest.
I have to say Morrigan;s voice is the best for my ears at least:P, but that is also because i rofled many times with Morrigan's reactions. (like when the 2 elves make up in brecilian forest, "is it just me puking" etc).

Kate Mulgrew as Flemeth
Tim Russ as Zathrian
I'll admit I'm a trekkie. I just wish they had Brent Spiner as Brother Genitivi.

There's this dwarf in Orzammar, during the quest where you have to infiltrate a criminal organization.
"You fight like the bleedin' Archdemon".
Oh, and Claudia Black as a close second.

I'm not sure who did Dog's voice, but anytime I'm in camp my own dog runs to look out the window when he hears Dog barking. Not sure what he's saying, but my dog is definitely convinced it's real

* Alistair, the character would not be as good as is without the voice acting. Even if I'm not wanting to romance him, sometimes he'll say something and I'll melt. Brilliant.
* Bann Teagan. He made a smallish part very memorable. (and sexy!) He always sounded real and true. (and sexy!)
* Leliana was great. She made me want to know more about her. I very much dislike religious overtones and yet she convinced me that perhaps the Maker was on my side.
* Loghain. Arse, but fab voice acting. I felt him finally turning at Ostagar. Brilliant.
* Gorim. Felt a connection with him that was sweet and very much unlike Dwarven society.
* Morrigan. Hate her or love her. Brilliant voice acting. Listening to her and Alistair in Lothering was so funny. I wandered around just to listen to the pair of them.

Dog is actually voiced by a real dog.

Steve Valentine. Mainly because he surprised me. I only knew his German dubbed character from "Crossing Jordan" and the first time, I heard Alistair, I nearly couldn't believe them (Alistair and Nigel) to be acted by the same person. Although Nigel's dub is pretty good, I imagine him to be hilarious in the original - wide variety in expressions and tones.
Apart from that... I love the whole cast. I have absolutely no problem with any voice and that's rare.

Gorim, for me has the best voice acting. Allistair reminds me of Carth who really annoyed me so he;s probably the worst for me.
I hear this a lot, and I have to say: HUH?
So, Carth Onasi is a wise-cracking, lighthearted, slightly dopey manchild?
Alistair is nothing like Carth or Kaiden. That he fills the role of "default male party member" like they do is immaterial.

Steve Blum's characters.
Also the guy who did Alistair don't think I've ever heard him before but he's TALENTED. I hope i hear him a lot more in the future.
And of course Loghain, excellent job as always.

I agree with all of the Morrigan lovers. She plays as a badass independent woman. Being a male that finds the independent quality in people priceless I favor Morrigan. Her voice is exactly how it should be with the proper emotion in whatever she says. A lot of people grow to hate the character but the voice acting is what we are going after.
Second place is Alistair. His voice does well with the smart ass tone and he can pull off sincerity very well too.
We can't forget about Bodahn's son. The Dwarven enchanter. "Enchantment!" Roflcopter

I personally don't like the Allister character, to girly-man for me, but the voice acting for his lines is priceless and so very well done.
