I bought the ME3 collector's edition but I have trouble finding the following content that is supposed to come with it: "A collection of forum and social badges, avatars, and perks." Where can I find this forum collection?

Well this avatar mine is from CE so you should have it under avatar choices like the rest of us got it

I have the collecters item also. when you choose avatar choose from ME3 ( there are not much you can choose from but it does work.
