The synthesis ending is good, amazing, touching when I first played it, but now I've seen the others, I'm seriously annoyed there isn't a proper happy ending.

Synthestis ending makes no sense. ME has always tried to be scientifically plausible, and there's no way for a beam to instantly change the make-up of every single living being in the galaxy.

You weren't annoyed that they were all basically the same save a different color explosion?

The only real difference in the endings is what is implied when you make your choice.

meh.

That is probably because the Synthesis ending is the "perfect ending" Bioware has been talking about.

synthesis ending, on top of the magical spacelol, makes no sense because it does not solve the problem it claims to solve. the writers FUBARed the terminology and ended up doing something unrelated.

Am I the only one who gets to vote again every time she goes there?

Anybody stop and go.

"Maybe this poll is rigged?"

For me, it's not that I want a brighter one. I can agree that there are bad endings, a lot of them. That Shepard has a high chance of dying out there...
But why have we fought our way through all the Mass Effect titles, choosing our own fate, to simply get 3 decisions everyone has access to? It doesn't matter what you did, the fight around earth will be successful and you have 3 endings to freely choose from. All of them not even the slightest bright.

In short: I would have wished for an individual ending for MY Shepard. Not 1 of 3 endings that are the same to everyone... Even these 3 are basically the same, with different colors from the blast.

The poll is bad to begin with. Maybe an option for: "Didnt like the briefness of endings, would like character Epilouges."

Since I can not agree with the choice endings are fine, or endings suck AND I want them brighter.... I dont want them brighter. So the poll kind of points you into taking a certain side in my mind.

When I picked this ending (before the cinematic) I thought it would destroy all life in the galaxy and start it anew from a new type of "DNA" that was part synthetic, as the catalyst explained.  When I saw everyone with glowing eyes and circuits on their skin I thoguht "wut?".

The poll is flawed, but I think we should stick with it, since it's already gotten momentum.

Making a better poll now would lose the momentum since it would take time to build back up to 15k.

Happy end means Shep is a live and with Li somewhere on the sunset, but this... I feel that I was betrayed.

Flawed or not, it still shows a general dislike for the endings in their current state.

Synth Ending is so not sci-fi its just wrong. It would be impossible to stop organic life from coming back. Not to mention everyone's doomed now synthetic lifeforms need synthetic resources to survive and reproduce. If they happened to be on a planet that was lacking these resources then gg.

There is a reason organic life exists its because its cheaper resource wise and way less energy intensive. Now everything in the galaxy needs an element zero charge to even live.

The way the pulse works it might as well just do anything you wish for.

Maybe I wasn't clear enough in my post, but I was annoyed after I saw the other endings because they were the same and we have no happy ending.

There is a lot of things that doesn't make sense in ME3, why is this any different? There was talk of nanobites, so maybe the beam had them in it. who knows. It's still better than the others. Joker is only smiling in this ending.

Yes, but not we just want quanity over quality of responce? I just see it as bioware probably wont even discus that poll until it can start hitting above 100K/200K.... I mean with 3.5 million units sold at a min. And then when they see the main option is tied to people wanting a brighter ending.... maybe they will say "We want a tragic ending.... so lets not fix any other issue because peope just wanted happyness and that is outside our vision."

It's amazing that the people who liked the ending has hovered at 3% for the last two days. That is exceptionally low.

if they're genius enough, they'll open an official poll and add every possibility about endings. 14k vote is not something you pretend not to see.

and dont forget yesterday these hours it was 4k not it reached 14k. it may reach 50k in a week, IF we continue to strike through threads and comments, keep the subject alive.
